“Soft Standard”

This is our sweet spot when it comes to screen printing. This approach is soft to the touch, vibrant colors, versatile, and durable. It has slightly more hand-feel than “Ultra Soft” but not by much.

Before you decide, here are important details to keep in mind with Soft Standard Printing:

More reliable pantone matching. We mix our colors by hand to a formula but some color variation can occur when the ink interacts with the shirt or other colors.
Can be applied to virtually any blend of fabric (except 100% polyester)
Print will soften somewhat after first wash but colors remain true
Maximum 6 spot colors + White on dark blank, Max 8 colors direct on light blank

Discharge inks remove the dye from the garment and replace it with the pigment of your choice. While the shirts are still on-press, and the ink has not yet been cured, a muted, pale color is seen, but after the shirt is sent through the dryer, an incredibly bright and vibrant print is achieved. Discharge prints will have no feel once washed, giving your garment a soft, high-end look and feel. Discharge prints work best on 100% cotton garments.
