Vivus Supply honors federal holidays each calendar year. These holidays are not working days for us so please consider this in regards to turnaround time and rush charges.

Art Work

Artwork:

We reserve the right to refuse any artwork we consider offensive. Screens are not sold and are the property of Vivus Supply.

All films and computer printouts are the property of Vivus Supply

Art Preparation
Any print-ready art files that the customer provides must meet our format requirements and will not incur any additional fees. Art not supplied in print-ready format will need to be modified and is subject to be billed at our current rate. In which case, we will provide an estimate before doing the work. 

Art Guidelines
All art must be submitted at 300dpi resolution or higher, and sized to actual print size. Vector files are preferred. Acceptable formats are EPS, PSD, AI, and PDF. You are welcome to send the design file as well as a PNG or JPEG Proof.

Art Approval
For each order Vivus Supply will submit a proof for customer approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all of the information on the proof is correct. This includes checking for any spelling, grammar, or design errors. If an error is found after your order has been approved and printed, Vivus Supply will not be held liable for the cost associated with reprinting the order. We assume no liability for errors in designs approved by the customer.

 We will provide one mock-up on our own template free of charge for every order. Additional mock-ups on our template are available upon request and may be billed at the current rate. Approval of mock-ups on our template are required regardless of how detailed customer provided mock-ups may be, including reorders. Vivus Supply will not be held responsible for any misspellings, grammatical errors, or any other design flaws when the artwork is provided by the customer.

Printing Tolerance:

1⁄2 inch movement tolerance is acceptable in any direction per imprint. PMS color matching is not exact and may vary in shade slightly. Please note you are comparing paper printed PMS colors with apparel ink. We cannot guarantee exact PMS matching nor exact color duplication/matching on reorders.

Dye Migration:

Polyester is subject to dye migration, this can happen up to two weeks after merchandise is printed and cured. Colors most vulnerable are red, maroon, green, and dark blues. Vivus Supply uses a polyester ink on all polyesters and polyester blends to mitigate this problem. Customer takes all risk for dye migration in polyester and polyester blends.

Water Based & Discharge Prints
Discharge and Water Based prints work best on 100% cotton garments. Due to the inconsistent nature of discharge printing, Vivus Supply will not be liable for minor inconsistencies found in the print and will not issue refunds for this service. It is hard to create an exact Pantone match with Discharge, though we can get close. Also, there is more spoilage since some shirts won’t discharge out as well as others. If you prefer this method of printing, either be open to a small percentage of variance, or have extras ordered.

Trademark and Copyright:

Customer agrees that they have authority to order the design being produced and to hold Vivus Supply harmless and indemnify us for any expense incurred or claims resulting from our reliance on your representation and warranty that we are duly authorized and empowered to reproduce this design. Trademark permissions may be required.

Turn Around Time

Standard turnaround time for most orders is 10-14 business days from the time of approval of your proof. This does not include ship time. Some types of prints may take longer, such as full color process and oversized prints. Please note we are not open for national holidays and these days will add to the turnaround time of your order. We do our best to keep our turnaround time as quick as possible and average around 7 working days. However, if you NEED your garments by a certain deadline, let us know up front prior to your order, and we can see if it’s possible— rush fees would likely apply.

Please Note: Ordering multiple designs at one time, adding inside tagging, specialty inks and/or fulfillment services will add to our standard turn time.

Out of Stock

It is unfortunate, but sometimes our vendors will run out of particular styles or colors. If this happens, we can offer a variety of possible substitute products from other vendors, or you can choose to wait until the items are back in stock. If you choose to wait for the inventory to be replenished, we cannot guarantee the turnaround time or that the items will be back in stock when the vendor says they will. If you choose a substitute garment then we should be able to stick to our typical turnaround time unless those garments are out-of-stock as well.

Over Zipper & Seam Prints

Printing over zippers and seams will never produce a ‘perfect’ print. Returns and reprints will not be issued for these services, however you are welcome to schedule a “Press Check.”

Quotes:

Written quotes are good for 30 days.

Merchandise:

We check incoming merchandise for defects and check size, color, and style against the PO. However, we will not be held liable for defects in merchandise and we will not be held liable for printing on wrong merchandise. If we receive the wrong merchandise and must return it, $10.00 per box handling fee may apply. Merchandise not claimed within 30 days becomes property of Vivus Supply.

Order Changes:

All changes made to your order must be in writing. We are not held liable for verbal changes or errors in approved designs.

Cancellations:

Will not be accepted for finished products. Once merchandise is imprinted or embroidered, customer is responsible for payment. Cancellations made after virtual proof has been approved, but before production begins, will be subject to art charges.

Shipping:

Our standard shipping method is UPS, unless otherwise requested on purchase order. We will not be held liable for items lost during shipping once it leaves our premises. Insurance on merchandise is available upon request and at additional costs.

Invoicing:

All invoicing will be billed according to most current price list. We are not responsible for errors in pricing on Purchase orders.

Any quality disputes must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

At no time shall our liability exceed the cost of imprinting.

Returns
At Vivus Supply we stand behind our work. We do not offer refunds on any order, but will reprint the order to the correct specs if a mistake has been found. If upon receiving your order you find that something is incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours of the delivery of your product. Once we are notified, we will do everything we can to take care of any issues in a timely manner. If it is determined that you need to return products to Barrel Maker Printing for inspection or to be reprinted, the product must be returned within 2 business weeks of the stated claim. If you have contacted us to make a return and we have agreed to cover the shipping costs, all items must be shipped using ground ship methods from UPS or FedEx— any other methods of shipping (3 day ship, 2nd day air, next day air, next day saver) will not be covered. If items are returned after this timeframe, the shipment will be denied and the package will be sent back to you unless prior arrangements have been made.

 Under-Runs & Spoilage
Due to the nature of this business, Vivus Supply will not be responsible for under-runs or spoilage up to 3% on jobs of 100 shirts per design, and up to 10% on jobs of less than 100 pieces. (Spoilage must be more than 10 shirts per design for a reprint). Please keep this in mind when ordering (it is never a bad idea to order extras). We always do our best to get you what you ordered. We will refund you the cost of any items shorted from your order but will not process a reprint for less than 10% of your order (or 10 shirts minimum).

Vivus Supply will not, at any time, be responsible for any lost profits on items shorted from your order. (IE: If you paid $7.50 per shirt to get the shirt printed, but you sell them for $25.00, Vivus Supply is only responsible for the $7.50 you would have paid us for the shirt).
